Hempuli's Tierlist Maker
A downloadable thingy for Windows
I programmed this tool for my own tierlist-making-stream needs, but there was an interest in having it available so I polished it up for release.
Note that the image packs have to be downloaded separately. Unzip them in the "data" subfolder found in the program's folder to use them.
Obviously the images are property of their respective authors/owners, not mine. Some images from rhwiki, some from wikimon, some from serebii.net.
Windows only.

Install instructions
Download & unzip HTM.zip; unzip any image packs you'd wish to use in the "data" folder found in the game folder, then run HTM.exe. The program will edit files in its native folder, so make sure you don't place the program in a read-only folder.

New thing I noticed about the Rhythm Heaven pack; you didn't give Remixes 16-20 titles.

where and when do you stream? would love to catch one
I stream roughly twice a week on https://www.twitch.tv/hempuli. There's a lot of wobble to my stream schedule but Tuesday & Thursday is where I try to generally land the streams.
Windows refuses to run it because it thinks it is a virus
Windows thinks everything that doesn't come from the Microsoft Store is a virus. Pay no attention.
Unfortunately the program I use (Multimedia Fusion 2) has a tendency of getting false positives due to the way it handles its files; it's safe to run the program but I understand if you'd prefer not to.
BUG: In the Rhythm Heaven games tier list, you didn't mark Alien Alphabet 2 properly, thus making all of the game titles get shifted back by one.
