Elder Dance is back!

I removed Elder Dance from Itch some time ago because it turned out that the game balance was wonky and the game could be stalemated very easily. Now, with version 1.2., it seems that these issues have been resolved via heavy revising of the ruleset, and as such the game felt ready for a rerelease! Yay
